Recipe: Super Simple Protein Balls

Protein balls are extremely popular and I was always trying to understand why. Well now I know. It is very easy to make, it taste good and it is cheaper than a box of protein bars. These ones were very simple to make. You should try them at home and you will not regret it!

Super Simple Protein balls


  • - 2 tablespoons of peanutbutter
  • - 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • - 6 tablespoons of oats
  • - 1 tablespoon of cacao
  • - 3 tablespoons of protein powder


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and create little balls of them.
  2. Put the balls in a bowl with desiccated coconut and cover them.
  3. Well that's it and you're ready to eat it!
