Hello everybody, welcome back to my blog. Today we are going to make a simple Acai bowl. Everybody is talking about this bowl. You can eat it whenever you like. In the morning or in the evening, but also as lunch.
- 1 banana;
- 1 apple
- 1 beetroot
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 1 tablespoon acai poeder
- 1/2 cup soja yoghurt
- Put everything in a blender and mix it all together.
- If you're done mixing put it in a bowl and decorate it with some fresh fruit. I used some strawberries and blueberries. You can also decorate the bowl with some cruesli or oats. You can choose whatever you like it is your bowl!
